Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using SvareAI ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of the service

SvareAI is an AI-powered email automation platform. It connects to your email account, classifies incoming messages, generates draft replies for your review, and sends approved replies on your behalf.

3. Your responsibilities

• You are responsible for all emails sent from your account via SvareAI.
• You must review AI-generated drafts before approving them for sending.
• You must not use SvareAI to send spam, phishing, or any unlawful communications.
• You must keep your login credentials secure.

4. Gmail access

By connecting your Gmail account you authorise SvareAI to access your mailbox as described in our Privacy Policy. You may revoke this access at any time. Revoking access will suspend email processing for your account.

5. AI-generated content

SvareAI uses AI to generate draft replies. These drafts are suggestions only. We do not guarantee their accuracy, tone, or appropriateness. You bear full responsibility for any email you approve and send.

6. Billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly basis via Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. Refunds are not provided for partial months. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period.

7. Data Processing Agreement

Where you use SvareAI to process emails containing personal data of individuals located in the European Economic Area (EEA) or United Kingdom, you are acting as a data controller and SvareAI acts as your data processor under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). By accepting these Terms, you also enter into our Data Processing Agreement, which forms part of these Terms and governs how we process personal data on your behalf.

Enterprise plan customers may request a countersigned PDF of the DPA at privacy@svareai.com.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SvareAI is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to misdirected emails, lost business, or reputational harm resulting from AI-generated content you approved.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time.

10. Changes to these terms

We will notify active users of material changes via email with at least 14 days' notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Massachusetts, United States.
